OGC Nice had the opportunity to get a close look at the Afouteza facilities, the sporting heart of Celta. During their recent stay in Galicia, the French team chose the Celeste training center to carry out their training camp, following the UEFA Europa League match against Claudio Giráldez’s team at Abanca Balaídos.
During the visit, Fernando Iturbe, Head of Business Development at Celta 360, and Nice’s coach, Franck Haise, took part in a symbolic gesture of friendship with an exchange of signed shirts from both clubs.
For Celta, it was an honor to welcome a top-tier European club and to share a few days of preparation and camaraderie in an environment designed for high performance. Celta 360 would like to especially thank Nice’s team manager, Florent Goiran, for his professionalism and friendly approach during their stay in Vigo, as well as congratulate the French side on their subsequent league victory against Rennes.
This experience strengthens Celta 360’s commitment to the club’s international outreach and to the development of Afouteza as a benchmark space for European football. Work will continue to ensure that Vigo and the Celta 360 ecosystem remain a meeting point for talent, innovation, and passion for sport.
